J.J. Keller Annual Vehicle Inspection Report + Label: Which Pack Size Do You Need?
Every set pairs one carbonless Annual Vehicle Inspection Report with one self-laminating inspection label, meeting DOT requirements under 49 CFR 396.21 and 396.17(c)(2). The only real difference between our three options is pack size — and how much you save per set buying larger.
- Same form, same label, same compliance coverage in all three packs
- 10, 25, or 50 sets per pack
- Cost per set drops as pack size goes up
- Note: we don't currently carry a 100-pack in this carbonless + label format
Pick your pack size
What's actually different between the three packs?
Nothing but quantity and price. Each pack contains the same carbonless Annual Vehicle Inspection Report and the same self-laminating inspection label, shrink-wrapped as individual sets.
Do you carry a 100-pack?
Not currently in this carbonless form-plus-label format — 10, 25, and 50 are the sizes we carry.
Which size should I buy?
If you’re inspecting more than a handful of vehicles a year, the 400-MP-50 has the lowest cost per set. The 400-MP-25 is a good middle ground if you don’t want to commit to 50 up front. The 400-MP-10 makes sense mainly for a small fleet or a one-off need.
Bottom line
Same form, same label, same DOT compliance coverage in every pack — the only decision is how many sets you need and how much you save buying bigger. The 400-MP-50 has the best per-set price; the 400-MP-10 is there if you just need a handful.
