Koolatron and Coca-Cola Cooler Replacement Parts
Replacement parts for Koolatron thermoelectric cooler warmers — the P9 Traveller, P20, P24, P25 Fun Kool, P27 Voyager, P65 Kargo, P75 Kool Kaddy, P85, P95 Travel Saver and W65/W75 — the KCR40B Super Kool fridge, and the Coca-Cola and Corona coolers Koolatron builds under licence. Some parts are easy to get; others Koolatron stopped making years ago, and this page says which.
Find your model first. The model number is on the label on the back or underside of the cooler. Many parts changed between older and newer versions of the same model, so check the photo and the description against your cooler before ordering. Not sure? Email us the model number and a photo of the part and we will check.
Power: cords and wall power
Most Koolatron coolers use the same 12-volt cord. Its plug has red and blue markings: line the colour up with the marking on the cooler to choose cooling (blue) or warming (red). The P25 Fun Kool uses a different cord, which is no longer made.
Cords and wall power
Need more power than the AC-16’s 5 amps for another 12-volt appliance? Our AC-to-DC converters compared guide covers 5, 10 and 15-amp options.
Fans and motors
If the cooler runs but stops cooling, the fan motor is the usual suspect. Koolatron used several motors: double-shaft motors that drive an inside and an outside fan, and single 90 mm or 120 mm fans in the Coca-Cola models. Measure your old fan and check whether its shaft comes out of both sides before ordering.
Fans and motors
More 120 mm options, from budget to premium quiet fans, are in our 120mm replacement cooling fans guide.
Latches, hinges, shelves and control panels
These small parts are mostly the last of the original stock, sold through eBay as single units, so availability changes. Match the part to your cooler’s version: the P75, P85 and P95 changed latches between older and newer models.
Latches, shelves and panels
Also available: the CC06 8-can mini fridge shelf, the P9 shoulder strap and the S80604 hinge for the older P-65 Kargo.
Protecting your vehicle’s battery
A thermoelectric cooler draws current the whole time it is plugged in, enough to flatten a battery overnight with the engine off. A battery saver plugs in between the socket and the cooler and cuts the power before the battery runs too low.

Parts that are no longer made
Koolatron has discontinued many older parts, and we have not found a new source for them: the P25 Fun Kool power cord (059586720000) and hinge sets, the original YD8025MS fans, the F70035 heavy-duty motor, the KCR40B fridge motors and shelf, and the Corona Cruiser cords. Their product pages stay up so you can confirm part numbers. If you are looking for one of these, email us the part number and we will check whether one has turned up.
