The same is available as an aftermarket pack: 9B-1962-1 Aftermarket Lighthawk LED Replacement Battery — the same 7.4 V, 5200 mAh (38.48 Wh) 2S2P lithium-ion pack, fitting the same lights: 07712, 07712 UTIL, 07732, the 079xx GEN I series and GEN II 076xx lights built after 10/2022.

It is a third-party cell, not a Koehler-certified repair. If your light is used in a hazardous location, or is a GEN II built before 10/2022, Koehler’s own service (800-788-1696) remains the correct route — see the note below.

Description

Fits GEN I Lighthawk LED Vision 600 model numbers: 07712, 07712 UTIL and 07732. Lighthawk Gen 1 models 079xx series. It will also fit GEN II LED Lighthawk (076xx) Lights manufactured after Oct 1, 2022. (Check for date code on back of light head)

Please Note:  Anyone with a Gen II Lighthawk built before 10-22 would need to return the light to KBS for service.  They would replace both the battery, circuit board and also alter the safety markings to the current listings for a cost of $165.
