Koehler Bright Star Flashlight and Lighthawk Replacement Parts
Replacement parts for Koehler Bright Star lights: the Lighthawk rechargeable lantern (GEN I, GEN II LED and Vision 600), the Responder right-angle flashlights, and the WorkSAFE and industrial D-cell flashlights — batteries, charging bases and chargers, travel adapters, bulbs, cords, straps and mounts.
Find your model first. Bright Star part numbers are printed on the light. On a Lighthawk, GEN II LED lanterns have model numbers starting with 076, on the back of the head; GEN I lanterns mostly start with 078 or 079, and the LED Vision 600 is the 07712. Many parts fit only one generation. Not sure? Email us the model number and we will check.
Most of these parts are the last of the original stock, sold through eBay as single units, so availability changes.
Lighthawk lantern: batteries and charging
A Lighthawk charges in a wall- or vehicle-mounted charging base, and the base needs a separate charger: the 12/24-volt DC charger for vehicles, or an AC adapter. The GEN II base does not fit GEN I lanterns.

Charging overseas? The 20627 British adapter and 20629 European adapter power a Lighthawk charging base from 220–240-volt outlets.

Responder right-angle flashlight
The rechargeable Responder RA charges in a charging base (510220) that takes one of three power cords. The base itself is no longer available, so these cords are for replacing a lost or damaged one.

The 20331 replacement bulb (PR2) fits the D-cell WorkSAFE 2117 and 2217 and the industrial 2618HD.

Parts that are no longer made
We have not found a source for these: the GEN I Lighthawk charging base (07890), the Lighthawk 120-volt AC charger (20628), the Responder RA charging base (510220) and lithium-ion pack (510201-N), the seat-belt strap (21134), the Responder direct-wire kit (3B-1772) and the dual-filament bulb (20374).
